1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of technical setup and execution support services provided by fundmyaccount ("the Service Provider", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our services, the client ("you") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

The Service Provider offers technical setup, VPS configuration, bot installation, and structured execution support for selected funded trading challenges. The Service is currently available only for the providers explicitly listed on our website at the time of purchase.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by the Service Provider constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any financial instrument. All content and services are provided for technical and operational support purposes only.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Service Provider does not guarantee that any trading challenge will be passed. The Service Provider does not guarantee profits, payouts, or funded account approval of any kind. Any reference to potential outcomes is illustrative and not a promise of performance.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading financial markets involves significant risk, including the risk of losing the entire challenge fee or trading account. Past results do not guarantee future performance. The client acknowledges and accepts these risks in full before purchasing any service.

6. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for choosing the provider and for reading, understanding, and complying with all rules of the selected provider before purchasing a service or granting any account access. The Service Provider is not responsible for client decisions made independently of the provider's rules.

7. Provider Rules and Account Terms

Each prop trading provider maintains its own rules regarding permitted trading styles, automated trading, and third-party access. The client must confirm that third-party access and automated trading are allowed under the rules of the selected provider prior to engaging our services. Violations of provider rules are the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Third-Party Access and Credentials

Where the client provides login credentials or account access for setup and execution purposes, they do so voluntarily and at their own risk. The Service Provider will take reasonable technical precautions but is not liable for issues arising from client-provided incorrect or incomplete information.

9. VPS and Technical Setup

VPS setup and bot installation are provided as part of the service package. The Service Provider is not liable for downtime, outages, or technical issues caused by third-party VPS or hosting providers, internet connectivity, or broker-side platform issues.

10. Payments and Fees

All fees are due at the time of order and cover technical setup, configuration, and execution support services. Fees paid for technical setup, VPS configuration, and execution support are service fees, not performance guarantees, and are not contingent on challenge outcomes.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the technical setup work involved, fees are generally non-refundable once setup has commenced. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

12. Priority Support Add-On

Priority Support provides faster communication, priority onboarding, and more frequent progress updates. Priority Support does not increase or guarantee trading performance, challenge outcomes, or profitability in any way.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for losses caused by market conditions, slippage, spreads, broker execution, technical outages, platform issues, provider rule changes, or client-provided incorrect login data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

14. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client's use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of the selected provider's rules.

15. Communication

Communication regarding orders, onboarding, and support will primarily take place via the contact channels provided at checkout (e.g., email, Telegram, or WhatsApp). The client is responsible for maintaining accurate and responsive contact information.

16. Service Refusal

The Service Provider may refuse or stop service at its sole discretion if the selected provider is unsupported, the provider's rules are unclear or in conflict with our process, or the client provides incomplete or incorrect information.

17. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law
